Our Pastor - Mark Bellows
Our Pastor
Hope Community Church
I was raised in an unchurched family and became a
believer at the age of 18. I was very active with
campus ministry while pursuing my undergraduate
degree at Mankato State University. Then I
obtained my Master of Divinity degree from Trinity
Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago.
Years of pastoral experience at Hope Community
and experience as the Lakeville Police Department
Chaplain sensitized me to the depth of pain and hurt
in people's lives. Therefore, I returned to school at
Adler's Graduate School of Psychology and Bethel
Seminary to pursue a Marriage and Family Therapy
license.  I have been meeting with clients in my
private counseling practice for over 15 years.

I am married and have 6 adult children.
I believe that there is an emptiness and woundedness in
people's lives which is symbolized by the partial outline
of the heart in our church logo.  At Hope Community
we believe that the hurting heart can be healed by the
Living Hope.
